Philosophy
There are four different characteristics of our work.
High performance
"In Search of Excellence": this well-known motive is in the center of our philosophy. Our work style is analytical, systematic, cost conscious, fast, conscious of deadlines, well documented and always result orientated.
Participation of all stakeholders
Employees and their representatives, management, shareholders, fund providers and others have a vested interest in the company´s situation and ongoing development. They all want to know what is going on and how they are affected. We tell them.
Decisions and action
Although there may be reasons to delay decisions - in most cases this has a negative impact. We are in favor of making decisions as quickly as possible, once the necessary information has been assembled. Then, fast and determined action must follow.
Documentation
We pay attention to documenting our first impressions, detailed analyses, proposed decisions, work results and further recommendations. We do this shortly after the beginning of our projects, then as we go along and finally towards the end. This informs and helps the employees, the management and our successor.
