Our core competence is professional management.
Paul von Troschke founded the company in 1983 in Munich, originally under the name of "MPC Management Personal Computing". Right from the beginning it was focused on general management and finance and controlling. This covered a wide range of management tools as well as all areas of finance and administration, including in particular also IT.
Our partners are all experienced managers with different areas of specialization: general and production or sales management, financing, or human resources. In addition, we have a network of specialists in other areas.
We are all working as independent service providers, using our long experience as line and interim managers and as management consultants. We all have been working internationally, in a wide range of countries and industries, and in small, medium and large companies.
