Situation

When an investment fund buys a company or a participation in it, it sometimes wishes to exchange afterwards one or several of its top managers. The challenge is then to find a person with the right profile: not acting like an employee in a large corporation but as an entrepreneur who really leads this company, energetically and charismatically, willing to take decisions and implement them. At the same time, he must master the entire spectrum of professional management systems and tools, including those concernring the financial side of the business. This combination is not easy to be found as many top managers have made their previous career in sales or production.
