Situation

Smaller companies have basically the same need for sound management and corresponding tools as larger ones. However, they often cannot afford to hire a full-time manager with the necessary specific know-how, and this person would in any case not easily be fully occupied and satisfied by working in a small entity.

Offer

The solution can consist in outsourcing, for example the CFO position. This means that an icima manager works, on a regular basis, (only) a few days per week or even per month, and is in addition available if and when there is a specific need. For the rest of his time, the icima manager does a similar job in one or several other companies.
